Originally designed as a boot for horse-riding, the Chelsea boot really gained momentum through the Mod movement of the 60s and a band you may have heard of called 'The Beatles'. The Chelsea boot's sleek design has a unique silhouette and is an ideal travel boot due to its elasticated gussets and pull tabs. The shoe sits on Joseph Cheaney's famous almond toe last 125. Last 125 was developed to coincide with Joseph Cheaney's 125 year anniversary in 2011. The sleek last fits true to size and is great for those who require a slight more generous space on the instep.
Shoes are good year welted with diamond rubber soles, all handcrafted in Northamptonshire, England.
