Thank you for making an appointment to get your shoes picked up; due to the COVID situation, we have updated our delivery protocols to provide you with a safer, seamless and hassle-free contactless pickup service with a minimum spend of $100 - lead time for the entire process takes 10-14 days (inclusive of pick up, service confirmation, repair or shining work on shoes and delivery of shoes back to customers). Lead time is subjected to change and may be vulnerable to delays during peak seasons. You will be informed of the delivery details within 2 working days via SMS/WhatsApp. Otherwise, kindly reach out to us.
For more urgent requests, you can use your own choice of courier to send the shoes to our store
When making this booking, do ensure that the courier has free access to your unit with a secure site for drop off. Please inform us of specific instructions for pick up and drop off prior to making this booking if your location is difficult to access. Additional fees may apply if rescheduling or alternative courier services are required.
Contactless pick-up service instructions
1. A coded luggage will be sent over to your location within 1-3 working days after the order has been submitted. Pack your shoes into the luggage. Use the passcode in your confirmation text to open up the luggage
2. The luggage will contain a new return shipping label. Paste the new shipping label OVER the old shipping label located on the exterior of the box. The parcel will be rejected if this is not done.
3. A courier will arrive within 1-2 working days to collect your luggage. Please leave the box outside your house or residence if you're not going to be at home
There will be a flat fee delivery charge of $10 if the customer decides not to go ahead with any service recommended or suggested by the team and wishes for the shoes to be sent back to their location via delivery.
